I realized that I never posted any pictures from my Graduation from Grand Valley. It was such a special day and it flew by so fast! Here are a couple pictures from the afternoon. I hope you like them! - Miss B | |

Hello fourth graders!
It's been awhile since I've updated. I've been very busy with graduation, "Legally Blonde," visiting friends and family from out of town, and getting back to work babysitting and teaching my after-school classes. I am not home a lot, but when I am I am packing up all of my winter clothes to put into storage since I won't need them in Florida! I cannot believe it is already Memorial Day Weekend! I bet you had a busy month of May. Does it feel like it flew by fast? What have you been learning in school? What spring sports have you started to play? Are you getting excited for your 4th grade celebration Thursday? I wish I could be there, but I have to work in Grand Rapids. :-( I hope many of you write over this long weekend to keep me updated on what's going on! I will post some updates from the past month, too. Keep smiling! -Miss B "
It's the end of my time here, it's time to say good-bye. I can't believe the day has come, the time really did fly! I've watched you learn and grow and change by month and week and day. I hope that I have taught you something to help you guide your way. I will treasure our happy memories and how you are so bright. I hope you will always remember to let your dreams take flight!" - Miss B I am so sad that my time with you all has come to an end. It seems like only yesterday I came in to meet all of you before Winter Break. It is hard to believe that almost 4 months has passed. You have all touched my heart and taught me so much over these past few weeks. I am so lucky to have been your teacher for this short amount of time. I will always remember this class, as you have helped me become the teacher I will be. Please stay in touch with me through my blog. I will continue to add games and activities I gather from tutoring, substitute teaching, and more. I will also post updates every once in about what I am up to. Please post a comment or send me a message to let me know what you are up to. I'd love to hear how your 4th grade year finishes up, what you are doing over the summer, and what fun you will have in middle school. I will miss you all and hope to come visit you soon! Love, Miss B Today in Social Studies you learned about the Lewis and Clark expedition and trail. Mrs. G told you there were different websites that had many interactive maps, journal entries, and games related to the trip Lewis and Clark took. I decided I would look some of them up to share with you.
